Integrated Electrical Utilities Department successfully obtains the first phase project of APTIS. The project is the most important part of Training Building and Training Street in CPPSU. APTIS is a training system which own excellent function, advanced technology, high rate of return on investment for professional combat training with a good hardware and software environment, to further enhance the school's real teaching ability.
