       At the night of April 20, 2010, on the disaster relief evening party “Affection in Yushu, Love without Boundary” of CCTV, Tellhow donated RMB 2 million as a piece of love for the earthquake-stricken area.
In 2008 at the critical moment of disaster rescue for “5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake”, Tellhow emergency power supply guarantee rescue team was active in Pingtong Town, Xiangyan Town, Nanba Town and Hanwang Town in disaster area. This emergency power supply guarantee team was composed of tens of members, i.e. power supply and distribution experts, emergency power supply repair experts and electricians et al, with their own materials, equipments and daily commodities, walking over 1,000 km along the way, risking possible landslide caused by aftershock at any moment, accompanying howl and flying dusts of tremendous landslide, going to the areas serious stricken by earthquake, preliminarily establishing an emergency power supply system in three towns and provide power supply for Orient Steamer Factory and Jiangyou Water Company etc.
